Glenn was a long-time member of the Gateway Arch Bell Chapter of the American Bell Association, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1117, and a member of Knights of Columbus Council #592. Glenn served as VFW Veterans Affairs Voluntary Service Associate Representative for District 14, as well as Chairman for Patriot's Pen and Voice of Democracy programs within the VFW. Glenn was also a volunteer for the Veterans Affairs of Jefferson Barracks serving as a Shuttle Driver, as well as visiting home bound Veterans as part of the compassionate care program for over a decade.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 1 :00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL, with a Service of Remembrance at 2:00 p.m. A private burial at sea will be held at a later date.
